About the role
- Care and support for older adults with mental health conditions (e.g., dementia, depression, schizophrenia)
- Crisis intervention and de-escalation for challenging behavior
- Guidance and support of the nursing team in caring for gerontopsychiatric residents
- Participation in care planning and quality development in the field of gerontopsychiatry
- Person-centered care: you design care that truly reaches our residents
- Support with daily living activities: you assist with empathy and dedication

Requirements
- Qualification as a nurse (generalist) or an equivalent basic nursing qualification, e.g., geriatric nurse or registered nurse
- Further training as a gerontopsychiatric specialist desirable or willingness to undertake such training
- Empathy, communication skills, reliability, teamwork, respect and appreciation
