About the role

  • Provide competent basic and therapeutic nursing care
  • Individualized care and support for our residents
  • Work closely with general practitioners, therapists and family members
  • Implement the organization’s care concepts for working with people living with dementia
  • Provide peer consultation and support to staff in specialized care
  • Conduct internal training sessions related to gerontopsychiatric care

  • Carry out biographical work in cooperation with the assigned key nurse
  • Contribute to shaping the facility’s therapeutic environment (concept development)

Requirements

  • State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse with completed further training as a gerontopsychiatric care specialist in accordance with AVPfleWoqG, ideally with relevant professional experience
  • Availability for shift work
  • Commitment and strong organizational skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
