About the role
- Assessment and documentation of chronic and acute wounds
- Individual wound care according to current standards
- Development and adjustment of therapy plans in consultation with physicians
- Counseling and instruction of colleagues, residents, and family members
- Delivering individualized care that truly reaches the residents
- Support in daily life with empathy and proactive engagement
- Competent medical care through safe execution of medical orders and monitoring of key vital signs

Requirements
- A qualification as a generalist nurse (Pflegefachfrau/-mann) or an equivalent basic nursing qualification, e.g., geriatric nurse or registered nurse
- ICW-recognized advanced training as a Wound Manager (m/f/d)
- Empathetic, communicative, reliable, a team player, respectful, and appreciative
- Commitment to modern, professional care and support to achieve the greatest possible well-being for residents
