About the role
- Assess and document chronic and acute wounds
- Provide individualized wound care according to current standards
- Create and adjust therapy plans in coordination with physicians
- Advise and instruct colleagues, residents and relatives
- Individualized care: You design care that truly reaches our residents
- Daily support: You assist with empathy and commitment
- Competent medical care: You carry out medical orders reliably and monitor important vital signs
- Teamwork at eye level: You work closely with a dedicated and excellent team
Requirements
- Completed training as a nurse (generalist) or an equivalent basic nursing qualification, e.g., geriatric nurse or health and nursing nurse
- Possess an ICW-recognized further qualification/certification as a Wound Manager (m/f/d) or be willing to complete this training
- Empathetic, communicative, reliable, team-oriented, respectful and appreciative
- Committed to modern, professional care and support to achieve the highest possible well-being for each of our residents
