Director, Commercial Business Development

• Consistently engages and collaborates with architects, the government client, customers, and the backlog team to define and prioritize features, determine the best solution to be implemented, and communicate the path forward.
• Facilitates and executes backlog refinement sessions with architects and the government client.
• Serves as the People Manager for 3 of the team product owners where the company's performance review policies will be applied.
• Supervises 1 of the team product owners to ensure that they are fulfilling their everyday role tasks; provides feedback to their employer on an as needed basis.
• Active member of the leadership team who collaborates frequently with the other managers with the client and internally to provide backlog updates and to brainstorm and implement process improvements for the program.

• Provide overall project management and leadership for the implementation of SaaS-based IT Asset Management solutions (SAM, HAM, and ITOM Visibility).
• Develop and maintain the project schedule, ensuring all deliverables, milestones, and deadlines are met in accordance with customer requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and status meetings with IT, Finance, Procurement, and other departments.
• Oversee the work of technical teams responsible for configuration, data integration, testing, and workflow development; ensure activities are aligned with scope and objectives.

Solutions Engineer

• Lead capture and solution strategy for pursuits across federal IT and mission domains including RFP/RFQ/RFI responses.
• Own the technical and management proposal volumes, crafting compelling, compliant narratives that highlight iTech AG’s discriminators and value.
• Partner with BD, capture, and delivery leadership to qualify opportunities, define win themes, discriminators, price-to-win strategies, and innovative solution approaches.
• Lead discovery workshops to uncover business needs and technical requirements.
• Architect solutions leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); application development and microservices; data, analytics, and AI/ML; and ServiceNow (CRM, PSDS, FSM, EAM, ITSM, HRSD, SPM, and custom apps).
• Facilitate executive-level workshops and technical deep dives to align solutions with mission outcomes and stakeholder needs.
• Support oral proposal presentations as solution lead and storyteller; deliver tailored demos, POCs, and ROI/value conversations to executive audiences.
• Build solution roadmaps integrating modernization, cybersecurity, interoperability, and long-term O&M sustainment.
• Engage and manage technology partners (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, etc.) to co-develop and position differentiated offerings.
