• Responsible for importing and processing of payment files, claim processing, collection of insurance, and/or physician charge entry

Infrastructure Engineer

• Serves as an escalation point for Tier 2 Operations team members, working tickets and creating or modifying knowledge base articles.
• Installs and configures systems according to design specifications.
• Assists with analysis, troubleshooting, repairing and performance tuning of complex systems and hardware components.
• Supports the ITIL Service Transition process ensuring new and modified services are appropriately documented and Operations personnel (Service Desk and L2 Operations) are informed and trained.

Revenue Integrity Analyst I

Accounts Payable

• * Works with AP Manager, AP Reps, vendors, buyers, contract managers and receivers to facilitate procurement issues or other AP issues that may delay vendor payments
• * Monitors the Match Queue Exception report and work with AP Reps, Buyers, etc. to resolve issues and ensure invoices are released for payment; escalate issues to Accounts Payable Management
• * Regulates the GHX (EDI) process and when errors occur, print the invoice and distribute to the AP Reps for processing
• * Organizes the Returned Checks process to determine reason for returns and the appropriate disposition of checks.
• * Provides verbal and written communication with customers to answer questions, request information and resolve issues.
• * Trains new Accounts Payable Reps; cross-train experienced Reps on a regular basis to reinforce the Accounts Payable Standard Operating Procedure.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Responsible for collecting, recording and reviewing all documentation required by CMS for submission in several key areas: Organ Acquisition, Bad Debts and DSH
• Responsible for collecting, recording, reviewing, and reconciling all Physician Time Studies
• Actively participate in and contribute to ad hoc revenue analysis projects
• Preparation and submission of accurate and timely Medicare and other third-party cost reports in compliance with CMS regulations
• Manages and coordinates Medicare cost report audits including wage index, EHR and other special audits including review of proposed audit adjustments
