• Drive innovation in media planning, activation, optimization, and measurement across programmatic, paid social, and paid search

• Develop, launch, and manage cross-channel campaigns across Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), and Programmatic (CTV, OLV, Display, Native, etc.)
• Optimize campaigns daily to achieve KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and reach
• Implement A/B tests for ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
• Translate client/business objectives into actionable media strategies; forecast budgets, impressions, and performance outcomes
