• Run Awards entrant logistics and promotional activity across the MadeForMums Awards portfolio (e.g. Toys, School Uniform, Tech, Bathtime), including timelines, submissions and amplification
• Lead the Make It Matter social-cause pillar from a campaign execution perspective, coordinating messaging and activation across site, social, newsletters and PR

Podcast Production & Content Assistant

• As Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll support the Marketing Manager to plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns for London Art Fair and New Designers, driving visitor and revenue targets.
• You’ll bring strong digital marketing experience (email, web, content, SEO and analytics), using insight to optimise performance and improve results.
• A confident copywriter and campaign lead, you’ll collaborate with suppliers, partners and exhibitors to deliver targeted, content-rich activity and excellent customer service online and onsite.
• Highly organised and results-driven, you’ll take ownership of projects and deliver to objectives and deadlines.
• Partner with the Marketing Manager to develop and deliver marketing plans and multi-channel campaigns to meet visitor and revenue targets.
• Line-manage and develop a Marketing Executive, providing clear direction and coaching.
• Manage budgets and agency/supplier briefs (design, print, ticketing, web), and ensure brand consistency across all creative output.
• Lead digital activity: maintain and optimise event websites (content, design, SEO, conversion/engagement) and collaborate on box office performance.
• Deliver targeted marketing materials and segmented email campaigns (Adestra) with strong, engaging copy.

• Test and build new interactive elements across site that encourage engagement, answering key consumer questions and drive affiliate revenue.
• Mapping out and automating the product review processes to make them more efficient, with a real focus on using AI to do this.
• Write engaging, accurate, and SEO-optimised articles that feature or review appliances, cookware and health products against consistent testing criteria.
• Stay on top of emerging products and wellness trends, and pitch ideas for timely and relevant content.
• Work with the wider commercial and affiliate teams to identify high-performing product content opportunities and use performance data (e.g. clicks, sales) to refine and optimise content.
• Support the Affiliates Lead to plan content around key retail moments (e.g. January, Black Friday etc).
• Build relationships with PRs to secure product samples and insights.

Content Coordinator

Performance Marketing

• Support the setup, execution, and ongoing optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and others
• Build campaigns end to end, including audience targeting, creative uploads, and ad copy
• Monitor campaign performance daily, proactively identifying optimisation opportunities and flagging any delivery or performance issues
• Manage and optimise high-value budgets and media plans for partnerships activity
• Assist with our small brand Print Subs activity, to support subscription growth

• Grow ad revenue across multiple lines through identifying and developing new commercial opportunities for advertisers
• Develop deep and strategic relationships with your agencies across all levels and departments including strat planning, planning and buying
• Co-ordinate and manage pitches for new business and existing clients
• Work closely with commercial teams to identify and establish a key advertiser strategy. Put in place a contact, insight, and opportunity plan for each advertiser across the calendar year
