Brand Campaign Manager
ImmediateBrand Campaign Manager responsible for integrated marketing campaigns for UK brands like Gardeners’ World. Overseeing execution, analysis, and brand consistency across various channels.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support on the delivery of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns from briefing through to post-campaign analysis including managing campaign timelines, content creation, budgets, approvals and reporting processes.
- Lead and support the execution of key brand initiatives including the Gardeners’ World 2-for-1 campaign and wider audience engagement activity.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency of messaging, tone of voice and brand representation across all touchpoints.
- Work collaboratively with editorial, acquisition, commercial, design, social, CRM, events and digital teams to deliver joined-up campaigns.
- Support campaign optimisation through performance reporting, insight analysis and data-led recommendations.
- Monitor audience trends, competitor activity and market insights to identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
- Contribute ideas to support brand growth outside of seasonal peaks through partnerships, campaigns and new audience opportunities.
- Work closely with Gardeners’ World Live events teams to ensure consistent brand representation across on-site activations and promotional materials.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in brand marketing and campaign management.
- Demonstrable experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience supporting and delivering brand partnerships.
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and audience insights.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of audience engagement.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels including CRM, social media, email marketing and content marketing.
- Ability to nurture and maintain strong working relationships.
- Proactive and solutions oriented.
- Highly organised and adaptable.
- Commercially aware and audience focused.
- Collaborative and confident managing stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Enthusiastic, curious and keen to contribute ideas and recommendations.
