Account Manager

• Review and analyze commercial accounts for coverage, limits, etc., and make appropriate recommendations to clients.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that all service needs are met.
• Stays abreast of changes in the insurance industry and other external conditions that may impact their clients.

Senior Account Manager, Commercial Insurance

Account Executive

• Provides consultative account management and brokerage services to large-group employee benefits clients with 1,000-5,000+ lives
• Works alongside Producers, responsible for overseeing management of assigned accounts as the technical expert and broker-consultant across complex, multi-carrier benefit programs
• Partners with decision makers, provides proactive consultation, insurance program design, and negotiation of coverage terms
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with C-level and senior HR decision-makers
• Leads carrier marketing, underwriting negotiations, and RFP processes for large-group accounts

Account Executive – Employee Benefits, Major Markets

• Maintains and grows client relationships for major market accounts with complex, multi-carrier benefit structures
• Collaborates on multi-year strategic plans including plan design optimization, cost containment, and benchmarking for large-group employers
• Manages claims and coverage issue resolution when elevated from HR, navigating self-funded plan administration and multi-carrier environments

• Submit requests to surety company, produce bond in final form along with bid transmittal letter for insured.

• Prepare performance/payment bonds in final form and return to client along with transmittal letter, certificates of insurance and premium invoice.

Account Manager – Surety

• Assists the Account Service Team in the Commercial Lines Department with account-management functions

Recruitment

• Assist the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with coordination and administrative tasks: scheduling interviews, sharing assessment results, following up with hiring managers and candidates, reporting/tracking, and ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Manage the internal HRIS (Workday) and CRM (Phenom), including creating requisitions, monitoring candidate applications, data entry, reporting, offer letters, and onboarding
