About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide critical support to our customers through account management, claims management, day-to-day client oversight, and underwriting services
  • Ensure clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies
  • Facilitate positive and effective relationships with clients and insurance carrier staff
  • Act as the point-of-contact for larger, more complex property accounts
  • Manage the entire account-service process
  • Market to carriers
  • Prepare quotes and proposals
  • Participate in client meetings/presentations with Producer(s)
  • Oversee the processing of enrollments/changes/terms
  • Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders
  • Respond to/resolves escalated client issues
  • Check policies/endorsement/audits for accuracy
  • Coordinate premium financing and the collection of premiums
  • Maintain accurate and organized account files

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)
  • Have at least 5+ years of related commercial lines insurance experience
  • Managing the risks for construction clients
  • Are currently licensed in good standing
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated presentation skills
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Are computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
