• You’ll be designing, developing and carrying out robust, independent risk-based audits with a focus on the Home/Household Supply Chain.
• This is to provide assurance that customer outcomes are fair and reasonable and their expectations are achieved, that regulatory practice is being adhered to, technical claims best practice is operating with appropriate outcomes being delivered and that any leakage or other financial risk is effectively managed.
• You’ll also be responsible for ensuring that suppliers are actively performing and complying with contractual goals and SLA’s.
• Accountable for the control and analysis of Supplier audit outcome data, sharing, and reporting identified trends, where applicable recommending data driven solutions to stakeholders, supporting improvements and outsource operational efficiencies within supplier firms
• Developing a complete understanding of all internal and supplier claims processes, new commercial initiatives, best practices and the impact of inefficient processes or poor outcomes on customer journey, leakage, other financials and fraud
