• Leading and managing a team of c.4-5 colleagues, you’ll set a collaborative environment which enables all our colleagues to achieve their best
• Responsible for judging the long-term profitability of the home portfolios (including considering the long-term impact of weather) and recommending base rates that balance growth and profitability using various tools and projection methods
• Analysing various data sources (including internal loss data and industry data) to form views on home claims inflation.
• Liaising closely with the claims team to align views across teams
• Create forecasted views of expected frequency and severity by peril, including allowing for volatile elements of losses like large and weather
