Key responsibilities & impact

Help create the leading suite of analytical and data products for pricing, data, and analytics teams
Maximise the efficiency and quality of underwriting pricing
Support and improve tooling adopted across the wider business
Conduct new research to deliver direct commercial value
Support other product teams in improving their products
Automate processes and pipelines for data, analytics, and operations
Work at the intersection of pricing, modelling, engineering, and related disciplines
Collaborate with internal customers and teams across multiple workstreams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in pricing, market dynamics, or underwriting is a plus
Analytical thinker and problem solver
Strong accountability and confidence owning and solving problems
Ability to challenge the status quo
Excellent communication skills
Ability to engage and exchange information effectively in any setting
Commitment to collaboration and helping internal customers use products effectively
Ability to context switch across multiple workstreams
