Data Analyst

• Working closely with the Director of Anti-Fraud and the fraud operational leadership team

• Ownership of the Underwriting rating algorithms, accountable for the integrity, consistency and controlled delivery of change across all Lines of Business
• Act as the central coordination point between Risk Pricing, Pricing Engineering, Testing and Release Management
• Maintain a clearly structured and transparent backlog with well-defined delivery cadences and a forward-looking roadmap
• Provide clear visibility of delivery commitments, actively managing dependencies, risks and cross-Line of Business impacts

Product Owner

DevOps Engineer

• Maintain and manage the infrastructure and tools required to support HFSL (Hastings Financial Services Limited) systems and maintain KPI’s
• Ensure system certificates and credentials are maintained and automate where possible
• Build, enhance and maintain monitoring & alerts and automation across HFSL systems
• Assist with the design and build of system integrations and API’s, coordinating integration activities where assigned
• User access management of in-scope HFSL systems
• Undertake new technology reviews and investigations to support business and IT & Change initiatives

• Monitor and analyse cloud infrastructure costs, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations for optimizing costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and track cost-saving strategies such as rightsizing instances, leveraging reserved instances, and identifying areas of cost optimization.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of cloud resource usage patterns, identify areas of overutilization or waste, and implement measures to improve resource efficiency.
• Assist in developing and managing cloud infrastructure budgets, track actual costs against budgeted amounts, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Generate accurate and timely financial reports related to cloud costs, including cost allocation and chargeback, to support decision-making processes.

• Lead a team of analysts to optimise price competitiveness, profitability, and growth through advanced use of market data, price comparison website insights, and internal pricing models
• Drive innovation in how we use external and internal data sources, ensuring we continually identify new opportunities and respond effectively to market movements
• Creating and adapting tools that identify new pricing opportunities using market data and PCW insights
• Squeezing more value out of existing market insight datasets through enhanced analytics, alternative price predictions, and smarter tooling
• Ownership of PCW data requirements - working with internal and external partners to ensure data quality, coverage, and usefulness, while proactively pursuing improvements
