About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support pricing, trading, and automation outcomes at the intersection of data, technology, and commercial decision-making
Develop and optimise recasting capability for high-speed scoring, back testing, and large-scale impact analysis
Build, test, and refine automation pipelines
Validate outputs and resolve discrepancies with pricing, modelling, and analytics teams
Develop and operationalise data pipelines, pricing logic, and model features using Python
Liaise with customers to onboard new users and debug problems
Monitor performance and automation stability across multiple workstreams
Identify opportunities to improve speed, scalability, and commercial impact
Produce documentation and tutorials for recasting-tool users

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience using Python to solve problems and complete basic data-driven tasks
Experience with automation and analysis beneficial but not required
SQL desirable
Git desirable
Strong accountability and ownership of problem solving
Ability to communicate clearly with people regardless of technical background
Collaborative approach to working with internal teams
Ability to move between multiple workstreams and adapt quickly
Curiosity, growth mindset, and commitment to continual learning
Must be able to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available
Successful completion of recruitment checks, including credit and criminal record checks
