• Le directeur ou la directrice qualité, hygiène, sécurité, environnement (QHSE) définit, adapte et fait évoluer la politique QHSE de son entreprise
• Il, elle propose un plan d’action et des moyens à mettre en œuvre
• Il, elle communique sur les objectifs QHSE et leur réalisation
• Définir et faire évoluer la politique QHSE en cohérence avec les autres politiques

Administrative Assistant

• You will be the primary point of contact for the logistics department with various internal teams and external carriers.
• Monitor and close ongoing transportation requests (national and international).
• Manage technicians' pick-ups and returns as well as associated issues and disputes.
• Receive and process unidentified returns from technicians.
• Organize and track special transports, collections, or parcel rerouting in case of delivery errors.
• Ensure regular follow-up on transport-related disputes.
• Identify and report anomalies observed in deliveries.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding returns, disputes, or detected logistical issues.
• Provide regular reporting to the Logistics Department manager.

Assistant Administratif Transport

• Define the QHSE policy
• Define and evolve the QHSE policy in alignment with other policies (HR, technical, prevention, procurement, marketing…)
• Initiate, prioritize and sequence the actions to be taken: from site risk control and site safety to the development of innovative processes.
• Manage the action plan and the resources to be implemented
• Establish quality indicators (for example: customer satisfaction index, number of customers, monthly revenue…) and ensure monitoring of these indicators.
• Define internal QHSE audit plans and support the resulting action plans.
• Implement continuous improvement plans and involve teams in change management.
• Promote the environmental policy across all staff by organizing awareness activities (newsletter, intranet, brochures, meetings, etc.) and training.

• S’assurer de la prise en compte effective et de l’enregistrement des commandes, et garantir leur intégration dans les outils (ERP notamment)
• Gérer les Comptes-Rendus d’Activité (CRA) des collaborateurs en AT dans les outils (ERP notamment)

• Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions tailored to clients within your scope
• Act as a liaison between operational teams and the Services Manager
• Provide functional and methodological support to teams delivering services

• Implement, for your scope, the organization and Quality Assurance Plan defined with the client and the Services Manager
