About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Quickly diagnose faults and malfunctions on equipment
Consult knowledge bases to identify appropriate solutions
Repair defective equipment and apply test procedures at each stage
Install new hardware and deploy required software
Anticipate failures through preventive actions such as system imaging (mastering), backups, and the implementation of alert systems
Provide follow-up and user support to ensure optimal operation
Log equipment receipt and returns dynamically
Place equipment orders and check off-site inventory
Monitor interventions in the OMTI system, prepare reports and close tickets
Communicate with your team leader in case of malfunctions, delays, or specific issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Vocational diploma (Bac Pro) up to Bachelor's degree (Bac+3)
Autonomy and professionalism, with good stress-management skills
Attention to detail and adherence to internal guidelines and procedures
Basic knowledge of networks, Wi‑Fi, and Windows 7 and 10 operating systems
Experience in the retail environment, particularly with cash registers (POS), customer displays, and network/back-office systems
Knowledge of Apple iOS (tablets) and server operating systems for back-office environments, whether virtualized or physical
