About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive user requests (by phone and email).
Analyze and document the customer's request.
Perform an initial remote diagnosis.
Triage and resolve incidents by creating and tracking tickets to ensure their closure using our management tool.
Assist users with their equipment and business applications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Self-taught and passionate about IT OR higher education in IT (e.g., BAC Pro SEN, BTS SIO or DUT in Networks and Telecommunications)
Technical knowledge: proficiency with the Windows environment (Microsoft Office, Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server)
Networking and Helpdesk experience
Good knowledge of databases: SQL Server / MySQL / Oracle
Bilingual in Portuguese (fluent)
