About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- User support and assistance
- Take ownership of and resolve Level 1 technical incidents (workstations, software, basic networking)
- Provide on-site support to employees
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software malfunctions
- Escalate complex incidents to Level 2 or specialized teams
- Workstation management
- Install, configure and update Windows 10 / Windows 11 workstations
- Image deployment and system cloning (mastering)
- Replace and configure hardware components
- Administration & tools
- Manage user accounts via Active Directory
- Manage and track tickets using an ITSM tool
- Install and configure business applications
- Participate in internal IT projects (deployments, migrations, hardware renewals)
- Write and update technical documentation
- Raise user awareness and guide users on best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in IT (minimum Bac +2: BTS SIO, DUT in Computer Science or equivalent)
- Proven experience in on-site Level 1 support
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments
- Skills in Active Directory, ticketing tools, Microsoft 365 office suite
- Networking knowledge appreciated
