About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide Level 1 IT support to users
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, software, and equipment
  • Handle incidents and requests (diagnosis, resolution, follow-up)
  • Support users while respecting the constraints of a medical environment
  • Participate in continuous improvement of tools and procedures
  • Collaborate with the client's internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education and/or experience in IT (support, systems, networks)
  • Knowledge of the medical sector or a strong interest in this environment
  • Dynamic, curious, and committed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-service orientation, and good listening skills
  • Confident verbally, pedagogical, and sociable
  • Ability to work independently while valuing teamwork
  • Self-taught candidates with 1 year of experience accepted
  • Two-year IT degree preferred; beginners accepted
