IT Support Technician

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide Level 1 IT support to users
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, software, and equipment
- Handle incidents and requests (diagnosis, resolution, follow-up)
- Support users while respecting the constraints of a medical environment
- Participate in continuous improvement of tools and procedures
- Collaborate with the client's internal teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education and/or experience in IT (support, systems, networks)
- Knowledge of the medical sector or a strong interest in this environment
- Dynamic, curious, and committed
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-service orientation, and good listening skills
- Confident verbally, pedagogical, and sociable
- Ability to work independently while valuing teamwork
- Self-taught candidates with 1 year of experience accepted
- Two-year IT degree preferred; beginners accepted
