Account Executive

• Travel remotely within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on the issues they have in their home and provide solution options

• Close sales with customers in the home

Outside Sales Representative

Brand Ambassador

• Proactively approach and engage home show attendees
• Identify homeowner concerns related to foundations, crawl spaces, basements, or concrete
• Educate customers on Groundworks’ Free Inspection services
• Book qualified inspection appointments using a provided tablet
• Maintain professionalism and high energy throughout event shifts
• Attend a required 1‑hour virtual training the Tuesday prior to the event from 4-5 PM EST
• Assist with booth setup breakdown following the event
• If assigned equipment drop‑off, return materials to the local branch after the show (4-door sedan or larger)

Recruitment

• Advise hiring manager of recruiting best practices, HR compliance, company policies and departmental procedures
• Coordinate with Human Resources, hiring managers, and staffing reports to confirm staffing needs
• Update active requisition data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) weekly, respond to candidates in a timely manner
• Manage the ATS and properly document all open requisitions and applicant activity, ensuring timely updates to requisition, candidate status and documentation of interview notes, interview feedback, report of new hire forms, referral forms and related paperwork
• Partner with recruiting agencies as needed and approved by Manager for recruitment support
• Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to review position requirements, establish interview schedules, and determine recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs
• Source and recruit qualified candidates through active and passive recruiting methods using recruiting tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn
• Assess candidates for current and future open roles through quality screenings on a daily and weekly basis
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule in-person and/or virtual interviews, coordinate candidate travel itineraries as necessary
• Provide regular recruiting updates to necessary company stakeholders, track progress and individual performance towards recruiting goals
• Draft and extend verbal and formal offer letters by next business day, assist with offer negotiations as necessary
• Track and communicate candidate progress towards offer acceptance to the hiring team, ensuring that candidates have accepted their offer within the allotted timeframe
• Maintain strong, collaborative, and productive relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and company stakeholders
