Bookkeeper

• Own and process the full monthly payroll ensuring all employees are paid on time and accurately, including statutory payments, sickness, overtime, and salary sacrifice arrangements.
• Maintain and update all employee records within the payroll system.
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to ensure payroll data integrity.
• Manage and resolve employee payroll queries and communications.
• Assist with month-end and year-end processes including general ledger reconciliation, HMRC reporting (RTI, P11D), and preparing P45s and P60s.
• Manage pension administration including contribution submissions and re-declarations.
• Process and reimburse employee expenses.
• Support the transfer of employees to a new company.
• Report to the Senior Payroll Manager and ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness.
