Propositions Manager

Operations

• Manage key billing processes, including exception handling and data quality investigations.
• Use internal reports to identify and resolve billing exceptions to ensure that bills are accurate and issued on time.
• Analyse unbilled accounts to diagnose and resolve issues, working closely with other teams where necessary to expedite bill production.
• Highlight system errors and trends which may lead to a negative customer experience, and work with Managers, Specialists, and system providers towards resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve our processes and tools to prevent delays and issues with billing.
• Support customer facing colleagues by providing specialist knowledge to resolve queries and issues.
• Direct customer contact at times, to clarify complex queries based on complex billing activity.

Billing Operations Specialist

Infrastructure Engineer

• Configure key components of services like Entra ID, Endpoint Manager, Exchange, MDM, Mimecast and other security tools
• Supporting the Network Manager, and provide cover in their absence, with different traffic management and secure routing capabilities
• Assist with the development of Microsoft 365 infrastructure with a focus on security and usability
• Specific tasks to support the management of on-premise infrastructure, including VMs, patching, backups, and storage management
• Deliver IT changes with a strong focus on usability, security, risk appetite, and governance
• Decommission outdated systems in collaboration with the Compliance team
• Monitor and optimise the uptime and quality of user experience across all infrastructure services
• Support new projects, service renewals, and ongoing infrastructure improvements

• Develop compelling messaging and content that drives engagement and supports growth across Good Energy’s services including energy supply, solar, EV charging, battery storage, installation, and maintenance.
• Craft impactful campaign and product messaging across channels including website, blog, product pages, email, social media, print, digital ads, and events to drive high-quality leads.
• Lead, guide and manage content requirements from the Business and Home Growth teams, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Create SEO-driven content in collaboration with the wider team to support both marketing and PR objectives.
• Apply SEO insights to optimise content performance and ensure best practices are consistently followed.
• Work closely with product specialists to deliver timely content updates on product developments and industry news.
• Leverage B2B & B2C content marketing strategies, particularly within the solar energy sector, to build engagement and establish thought leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create content aligned with growth objectives across all stages of the sales funnel.

Account Manager

• Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts and generators, building long-term partnerships through proactive engagement and structured reviews.
• Provide direct line management for a squad of Account Managers, role-modelling best practices and coaching the team to achieve KPIs and service standards.
• Take full ownership of the customer journey from onboarding to renewal, using data-led insights to manage performance and ensure payments are made within contractual timeframes.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues, monitoring commercial risks and deploying corrective actions to protect both the customer and the business.
• Align customer strategic goals with Good Energy’s products to ensure high customer retention as well as identify and realise partnership and revenue-driving opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Origination team and third-party specialists to ensure contractual adherence, accurate billing, and seamless end-to-end service delivery.
• Drive team delivery during periods of significant growth, adapting approach and strategy where necessary and identifying efficiencies to improve team-wide working practices.

Key Account Manager – Export Generation

Learning and Development

• Deliver engaging workshops and training sessions, independently and as a co-facilitator, across leadership, sales, and onboarding programmes
• Own key elements of the LMS, including developing the skills function, maintaining learning content, monitoring mandatory training compliance, and supporting system improvements
• Manage and centralise certifications for technical and field-based teams, ensuring records are accurate, accessible, and audit-ready
• Support colleagues with development allowance requests, helping them identify suitable learning opportunities and tracking development activity
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand learning needs and deliver a high-quality L&D service aligned to business priorities
• Contribute to L&D projects such as content creation, updating learning pathways, and improving processes
