About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Allocate field engineers to repair visits based on location, availability, skills and priority.
Coordinate appointment scheduling and keep customers informed throughout the repair journey.
Order, track and manage replacement parts required for Solar PV repairs.
Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers on warranty claims, replacements and technical approvals.
Track warranty claims end to end, ensuring evidence, documentation and updates are captured.
Maintain accurate case notes, repair statuses and audit trails.
Work closely with technical support teams to understand repair requirements.
Escalate delays, missing parts, rejected claims or repeat issues quickly and clearly.
Help improve repair processes, stock visibility, warranty tracking and customer communications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong coordination, planning or scheduling experience.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Confidence managing cases, tasks, suppliers or field-based work.
Clear customer communication skills.
The ability to prioritise urgent repairs and manage competing deadlines.
Good system and data discipline, including accurate notes and status tracking.
A collaborative approach with technical teams, engineers, suppliers and manufacturers.
Experience in Solar PV, renewables or field service coordination. (Desirable)
Background in parts logistics, warranty administration, repairs management or customer operations. (Desirable)
