About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end journey for large commercial generator customers
  • Build strong long-term relationships
  • Manage portfolio performance
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Liaise with customers, brokers, and internal teams
  • Monitor portfolio performance using reporting and data analysis
  • Resolve issues proactively
  • Support customer retention
  • Work closely with Origination, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Resolve complex customer queries
  • Support retention and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships
  • Deliver against KPIs and service standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passionate and customer-focused Account Manager or Customer Service professional
  • Experience supporting commercial customers, ideally within the energy or renewables sector
  • Genuine interest in clean technology and supporting the transition to renewable energy
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and solution-focused
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting
  • Interest in technology and improving ways of working
  • Quick learner who enjoys sharing knowledge
  • Able to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment
  • Comfortable travelling occasionally to meet customers face-to-face
  • Knowledge or experience within renewables, energy, or microgeneration (desirable)
  • Previous experience working with B2B customers (desirable)
  • Experience managing commercial customer relationships or account portfolios (desirable)
