Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns
  • Develop targeted, multi-channel account-based marketing campaigns
  • Partner with sales teams to align campaign activity with pipeline priorities
  • Deliver marketing activity combining sustainability messaging with commercial value
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery across multiple channels
  • Own campaign timelines and marketing roadmaps
  • Lead campaign reporting and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with proposition, product and commercial teams
  • Work with agencies and external suppliers
  • Partner with events coordinator to maximise visibility
  • Align closely with brand and communications teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Highly experienced in B2B marketing
  • Strong experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, events and paid media channels
  • Experienced in account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of business drivers, sales objectives and pipeline growth
  • Comfortable working closely with sales teams
  • Confident using CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong campaign planning and project management skills
  • Data-driven and analytical
  • Collaborative and confident working cross-functionally
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
