About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns
- Develop targeted, multi-channel account-based marketing campaigns
- Partner with sales teams to align campaign activity with pipeline priorities
- Deliver marketing activity combining sustainability messaging with commercial value
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery across multiple channels
- Own campaign timelines and marketing roadmaps
- Lead campaign reporting and performance analysis
- Collaborate with proposition, product and commercial teams
- Work with agencies and external suppliers
- Partner with events coordinator to maximise visibility
- Align closely with brand and communications teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Highly experienced in B2B marketing
- Strong experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, events and paid media channels
- Experienced in account-based marketing (ABM)
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of business drivers, sales objectives and pipeline growth
- Comfortable working closely with sales teams
- Confident using CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong campaign planning and project management skills
- Data-driven and analytical
- Collaborative and confident working cross-functionally
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
