Client Services Representative

• Acts as the primary GEHC Services face to the customer(s) served.
• Responsible for meeting the daily service repair needs of designated Imaging, LCS and Biomed equipment, to include multiple modalities of the customer's equipment.

• Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and service repair needs on designated equipment.

• Deliver on quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets; maximize profit margin on equipment and service contract sales.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospital, physician practice and imaging center account service lines to identify qualified leads, grow market share and increase revenue, and reduce customer attrition

Field Engineer

• Work within hospital radiology environment to evaluate and troubleshoot imaging equipment issues and implement appropriate repairs.
