About the role

  • Collaborate with the HR team, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition team to gather necessary information for creating accurate and comprehensive offer letters.
  • Leverage templates and tools to create offer letters, ensuring inclusion of all critical details such as compensation, position details, and other terms and conditions.
  • Engage with candidates to discuss offer details, address their questions, and resolve any concerns regarding the offer letter.
  • Ensure timely execution of all pre-hire tasks upon offer acceptance.
  • Partner with vendors (i.e. Background check) to ensure pre-hire tasks are assigned in a timely manner.
  • Track the progress of tasks from offer letter submission to employee start date.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance the candidate experience and overall offer/onboarding process.

Requirements

  • College degree from an accredited university with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail, along with excellent organizational and time-management skills, to effectively handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Must possess advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High skills to work in a remote schedule.
  • Proficiency with Workday or other HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
