About the role

  • Provide analytical and operational support to the regional Total Rewards team.
  • Enable data-driven, AI-informed decisions on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Collaborate on early-stage GenAI use cases, dashboard development, and storytelling.
  • Contribute to benchmarking, pay equity reviews, and implementation of new directives such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
  • Conduct trend and correlation analyses, maintain and refresh data sets for International reporting.
  • Use GenAI tools to summarize data insights and assist with draft reports.
  • Explore AI-driven efficiencies such as automated data narratives or survey analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Alternatively, a high school diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Comfortable experimenting with GenAI tools and applying statistical methods to validate insights.
  • Fluent English
