• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and senior Instructional Designers to produce eLearning and training videos primarily for our customers.
• Develop video scripts and course outlines for review with SMEs and colleagues.
• Transform recorded webinars and written resources into engaging self-paced eLearning courses, containing a variety of multimedia including video, simulations, voice over, slides, exercises, knowledge checks, etc.
• Revise content based on feedback, LMS data analytics, and SME input.
• Leverage Gainsight resources (internal webinars, release notes, SMEs, etc.) to keep current on product changes.
• Ensure learning content is current (aligned with product or best practice changes), high quality, and engaging.
• Write effective instructional text, video scripts, and instructional graphics.
• Leverage AI to expedite content development, research, and revision.

Associate Instructional Designer

Solutions Engineer

• Serve as a technical strategist to drive adoption and expansion for existing Gainsight clients
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to align technical initiatives with client outcomes
• Lead discovery and requirement-gathering sessions to understand and document business needs
• Design and configure Gainsight solutions based on best practices and client-specific goals
• Act as a seamless extension of your customers’ operations team
• Deliver enablement sessions to empower Gainsight Admins and key stakeholders
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, including technical and executive stakeholders

Solution Architect – Technical Account Manager

Full-stack Engineer

• Play a key role advancing Gainsight’s Customer Education Platform by designing, developing, and deploying high-quality product features within the Skilljar product
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and deliver product features within 6-week cycles
• Determine and develop solution approaches for assigned projects, proactively considering risks and trade-offs, and communicating effectively with stakeholders
• Provide technical designs that align with the architectural framework, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in agile ceremonies to plan, refine, and deliver high-quality features
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies or approaches to improve existing products or guide new product directions
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new engineering team members, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers
• Document software designs through functional specifications, architecture diagrams, and other technical documents
• Report to the Manager, Software Engineering and contribute to team technical direction

Staff Software Engineer

• Lead a high-performing team of Technical Account Managers and Solutions Architects to drive customer retention and growth
• Collaborate with customers to understand their unique needs and ensure they realize the full potential of Gainsight solutions
• Advocate for customer requirements within the organization to enhance product adoption and service offerings
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates; identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
• Enable revenue growth across Gainsight product lines through effective project delivery and customer partnership; lead the Professional Services ARR line of business

Enterprise Account Executive

Product Manager

• Own the agent roadmap. Frame the product vision, turn ambiguous problems into hypotheses and MVPs, and maintain a clear, data-backed backlog that ladders to Atlas and Gainsight OKRs.
• Partner with customers. Conduct discovery with Sales, CS, and Professional Services leaders to deeply understand workflows, pricing sensitivities, and success criteria after the deal closes.
• Validate solutions via rapid prototypes and live pilots.
• Drive execution with engineering & design. Write crisp PRDs / specs, craft prompts, and iterate quickly with LLMs and tools like Lovable, Cursor, etc.
• Facilitate sprint rituals and unblock the team.
• Measure & iterate. Define success metrics, set up analytics, and run A/B tests to optimize agent performance, usability, and commercial impact.
• Evangelize & enable. Train Sales and CS on positioning and pricing, craft release notes and demos, and present progress to exec sponsors and enterprise customers.
