About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive Gainsight’s end-to-end content marketing strategy
- Build thought leadership content
- Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing teams
- Lead the development and execution of high-impact content programs
- Establish and maintain a distinct brand voice
- Manage and mentor a small in-house content team

Requirements
What you’ll need- 8 to 12 years of content marketing experience
- meaningful time in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
- proven track record building content strategy from the ground up
- defined editorial vision
- demonstrated ability to connect content to business outcomes
- strong writer and editor
- deep AP style fluency
- experience managing a team
- directing contractor support
- strong cross-functional instincts
- high agency and low ego
- nice-to-have: experience in customer success or post-sales category
- background in journalism or long-form writing
- existing network in B2B tech media or creator ecosystem
