• Assist in the end-to-end preparation, drafting, and filing of periodic SEC reports including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K.

• Negotiate and deliver favorable commercial terms for metal parts that optimize costs, lead times, and risk to Form by managing the end-to-end sourcing process from supplier development through qualification, negotiation, and contracting
