Project Manager

• Support Project Engineers and Project Managers in all aspects of project execution, assisting in the development and implementation of project plans
• Maintain project documentation and coordinate distribution across internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate and monitor project schedules and budgets

• Role DescriptionForm Energy is hiring a Staff Network Engineer. The Staff Network Engineer – will be a technical leader responsible for the architecture, design, and reliability of Form Energy’s hybrid enterprise and industrial network environments. This role will focus on securely integrating IT and OT systems while maintaining the high availability, safety, and performance required for manufacturing and operational environments.
• This is a highly hands-on role with significant architectural influence, partnering closely with IT, Security, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to support Form Energy’s rapid growth and mission-critical infrastructure.*****This opportunity is based out of Form Factory 1 – Form Energy’s 550,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Weirton, WV, a commutable distance from Pittsburgh. • What you'll do:
• - Design, configure, and implement network infrastructure solutions that support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, operations, and IT, to understand business requirements and translate them into network design specifications
• - Conduct network capacity planning and performance monitoring to ensure optimal network operation and scalability.
• - Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware, software, and peripheral devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• - Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as NERC-CIP (North American Electric Reliability Corporation - Critical Infrastructure Protection) for SCADA systems in the utility sector.
• What you'll bring:
• - *At least 10 years working as a network engineer. Extensive experience in network engineering, with a focus on designing and implementing enterprise-level networks.*
• - *Industry recognized certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CMSS) preferred.*
• - *Strong knowledge of network protocols, architectures, and technologies, such as TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPNs, and SD-WAN.*
• - *Expertise in configuring and managing network equipment from multiple vendors, such as Cisco, Meraki, and Ubiquity.*
• - *Experienced in implementing security measures including Cisco and Meraki firewalls, access control lists, and intrusion detection systems. Knowledge of Zscaler zero trust networking a plus.*
• - *Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools, such as SolarWinds, Nagios, Wireshark, and NetFlow analyzers.*

• Own the Quality Lifecycle: Lead the development and execution of the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for all electronics assemblies, ensuring suppliers meet rigorous standards for PCBA, SMT, and complex box builds
• Architect Manufacturing Standards: Determine the methods, procedures, and evaluation criteria for new electronics programs, leading the formulation of top-level assembly (TLA) processes that align with Form Energy’s long-term scaling targets

• Lead the development and execution of the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) frameworks for electrical assemblies to ensure flawless product launches.
• Drive the entire product industrialization lifecycle, from influencing early Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to managing end-of-life quality dispositions and continuous improvement.

Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer – Power Conversion

Supply Chain

• Own daily shipment execution and bookings across domestic and international modes (air, ocean, and ground), ensuring shipments are scheduled, tendered, and executed accurately and on time.
• Serve as the primary daily interface with carriers, freight forwarders, and brokers, managing communication, resolving issues, and maintaining strong working relationships to support reliable service.
• Maintain shipment visibility and manage exceptions end-to-end, proactively identifying risks, escalating issues, and driving resolution to protect delivery timelines.
