About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of hourly manufacturing positions
  • Partner closely with Production Supervisors, Shift Managers, and Operations Leaders to establish clear weekly pipeline and onboarding targets
  • Use ATS automations (Ashby) and local platforms (Indeed, Facebook) to quickly source qualified local talent
  • Use a fast, structured interview process that prioritizes safety awareness, teamwork, and reliability
  • Manage weekly high-volume offers, track metrics, and oversee background checks and drug screenings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year dedicated to high-volume hourly hiring within manufacturing, automotive, warehousing, or intensive industrial environments
  • A proactive, "get-it-done" attitude to handle shifting targets and schedule disruptions calmly
  • Ability to build rapport with everyone from factory floor technicians to plant executives
  • A commitment to clean ATS data to accurately track hiring metrics (Time-to-Hire, passthrough rates)
