• Coach, guide and co-facilitate leadership team sessions and ensure we have leaders worth following who focus on the right things and invest in developing our people.
• Consulting with multiple internal and external stakeholders to co-design, launch and gain commitment for new Leadership initiatives at Foodies.
• Review and ensure DNA of Foodies Leadership is fit for purpose and engaged well in across the support centre and immerse yourself in our culturing work and join other SMEs in the business.

Leadership & Talent Development Manager

Security Engineer

• Shape and advance our security strategy across Zero Trust, cloud security architecture, threat-informed defence, and continuous assurance.
• Drive continuous threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and attack-surface reduction using automation and AI-enabled tooling.
• Lead and enhance security incident response while running threat-informed exercises to strengthen organisational readiness.
• Oversee vendor and SaaS security requirements, including supply-chain controls, SBOM validation, and vendor assurance processes.
• Champion DevSecOps practices across secure CI/CD, container security, IaC validation, and policy-as-code enforcement.
• Participate in a roster to provide an on call security response as and when necessary.

Senior Security Engineer

Analyst

• Deliver weekly promotional planning, execution, and reporting while managing multiple fast‑paced promotional workstreams.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and relevant promotional information is communicated across stores, Category teams, and Marketing.
• Coordinate promotional display programmes for PAK’nSAVE and Four Square, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with all stakeholders.
• Run weekly competitor price checks and produce post‑promotion performance reporting across PAK’nSAVE and Four Square (Fresh & Dry).
• Manage Four Square online specials proofing, ensuring all promotional data is reviewed, validated, and processed on time.
• Support continuity across the Promotions team, providing cover during leave and contributing to ad‑hoc analysis, reporting, and project work.

Promotional Analyst

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Providing proactive commercial support and work closely with the CDO, CFO, and wider team to help develop and deliver insightful commercially astute advice and reporting.
• Work closely with the Enterprise Portfolio Management team to prioritise the IT Investment initiative for the Annual Planning Process, ensuring aligns with resource allocation.
• Leading the annual financial planning, budgeting & forecasting process for the IT team.
• Providing financial leadership and commercial evaluation support for investment decisions including the development of business cases.
• Leading the long-term financial planning process to help create a digital & IT investment strategy plan.
• Managing reporting and analysis of key IT performance metrics and managing spend within budget and surfacing results to key stakeholders.

Finance Business Partner – IT

Product Manager

• Maximise the commercial business opportunities from our digital products and ensure that the delivery teams focus on creating product feature changes that deliver true ‘value add’ to our consumers and grow our business thorough customer loyalty and adoption.
• Work very closely with Product Managers, contributing to product design, discovery, product strategy, UX testing, and roadmap planning. Build a best-in-class omni-channel experience.
• Be responsible for the discovery, creation, and maintenance of product documentation where it adds value and provides traceability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and other Product Owners to ensure any new products / features in development have no negative flow on effects to our core stack of products when released into production.
• Foster a culture of making decisions based on data. Use metrics that provide valuable insights to business decisions. Comfortable with OKR creation and tracking
• Lead the scrum team (or multiple teams) with the Delivery Manager to ensure their performance is at optimal level & that they are delivering to business objectives while continuing to meet the sprint goals.
• Work very closely with Scrum Masters and Delivery Leads to manage all user stories - plan, estimate, prioritise, kick off, and backlog refine.
• Liaise with wider Foodstuffs teams. e.g. UX / Analytics / Membership & Property/Marketing. Portfolio leads.
• Mentor other members in the team and help to introduce new frameworks and ways of working.

Support Engineer

• Work with stores and suppliers to provide technical guidance around the regulatory process
• Ensure that Foodstuffs North Island meets the regulatory and moral requirements for every New Zealand customer
• Contribute to the technical standards used to manage and guide regulatory services for Foodstuffs North Island and suppliers
• Coordinate and assist stores throughout the product recall process
• Provide guidance and technical support in the systems and the regulatory dashboard (supported by power BI)
