About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join our fast-paced and collaborative DC Replenishment team
- Ensure the right products are available at the right time across our Distribution Centres.
- Manage a starter portfolio of domestic and/or import suppliers to achieve agreed service and inventory targets.
- Raise purchase orders, review supplier confirmations, and track product deliveries.
- Analyse replenishment data and inventory performance using Replenverse and SAP.
- Partner closely with suppliers, merchandise teams, DC operations, and other stakeholders to maximise product availability.
- Support inventory optimisation initiatives, stock turn targets, overstock reduction, and out-of-stock management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
- Up to two years' experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or FMCG environments.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, data analysis and LOOKUP functions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to prioritise, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing business needs.
- BI/BA experience - preferred.
