About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Primary contact for support and resolution of Merchandise Promotional, Pricing, and Ticketing incidents
Work with wider Merchandise and IT teams to troubleshoot technical and data issues
Respond to time critical incidents and establish root cause
Provide written documentation on Pricing, Promotions, and Ticketing
Build relationships with Store based and Support Centre stakeholders
Analyse promotional data for strategic decision-making
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to track key promotional KPIs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in a master data or analytical role
Systems savvy with experience in working with SAP and Excel
Great attention to detail
Analytical and critical way of thinking
Drive to continuously improve processes
Understanding of retail processes
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills
Initiative and ability to engage with relevant stakeholders
