About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create, maintain and update article, vendor, pricing and purchasing information across multiple systems.
- Support stores and suppliers with data corrections and updates, ensuring a timely and accurate resolution.
- Investigate data-related issues, conduct root cause analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with Category Managers, Category Assistants, IT Support, Finance, Replenishment teams and Retail stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Maintain data alignment across key systems including SAP, online platforms, warehouse management systems and point of sale channels.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of retail or merchandise operations.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and/or JDE.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity, accuracy and quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, sound judgement and the ability to use initiative.
- Experience managing large datasets and working within structured processes while building effective stakeholder relationships.
