Head of Product Marketing

Communications

• Own relationships with tier-one and trade press, driving proactive story pitching and managing the full press cycle from planning through to coverage and follow-up.
• Work closely with the executive team to build a consistent public presence, supporting content creation and putting simple systems in place for employees to share what they are building.
• Lead communications for product and company launches, ensuring messaging, press outreach, internal alignment, and social amplification are well coordinated.
• Manage Fonoa’s company social channels, setting the tone, publishing content, and adjusting based on what performs.
• Use events as communication moments by shaping speaking narratives, preparing executives, and extending impact through press and social.
• Own internal communications, including all-hands and company updates, ensuring messages are clear, timely, and aligned with the external narrative.
• Partner with Product Marketing to carry the core narrative across all channels, maintaining consistency and using market and competitor signals to refine messaging over time.

Communications Lead

Account Executive

• Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from building pipeline through closing new ARR and expanding strategic accounts
• Generate a new sales pipeline from prospecting activities into buyer personas such as Head of Tax, CFO, Tax Manager, etc.
• Manage live opportunities through an enterprise sales process using our Winning by Design (SPICED) or MEDDPICC sales methodology
• Develop and present value-driven pricing quotations
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear ROI metrics and generate comprehensive impact case studies
• Craft strategic plans and conduct QBRs with customers, unlocking clear upsell and cross-sell roadmaps and solution planning for the next 12-18 months and beyond
• Uphold accurate Salesforce hygiene, including comprehensive meeting notes, and deal forecasting
• Coordinate with the wider project team, maintaining a clear communication cadence internally
• Operate with autonomy, swiftly grasping customer needs and pain points

Enterprise Account Executive

Frontend Engineer

• Redesign and evolve product experiences across customer-facing and internal platforms
• Help define and scale our frontend architecture, patterns, and design systems
• Build fast, reliable, and intuitive user experiences across web applications
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to shape new workflows and features
• Contribute to the visual identity and frontend standards of the platform
• Help evolve Fonoa from an API-first company into a broader platform experience
• Build interfaces that support intelligent, assistant-like, and agent-driven workflows
• Continuously improve frontend quality, performance, maintainability, and developer experience
• Mentor and influence frontend standards and practices across the engineering organisation

Senior/Staff Frontend Engineer

• Play a pivotal role in scaling our AI-driven SaaS business, driving revenue, and helping shape the future of the global market.
• Partner with technical and executive stakeholders to solve complex compliance challenges and help scale a high-growth, API-first business.
• Generate new pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting into key buyer personas (Tax, Finance, Product, Engineering etc.).
• Lead deals through a structured, enterprise SaaS sales process (Winning by Design SPICED or MEDDPICC).
• Build and deliver compelling, value-based pricing proposals.
• Quantify and present ROI with data-driven business cases and customer impact studies.
• Drive consultative discovery and position our API-first solution as the go-to platform for compliance.
• Share insights from the field to influence sales strategy and go-to-market execution.

Security Engineer

• Own the IT & Security program: keep the calendar, track initiatives, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You are responsible for delivery, not for doing everything yourself.
• Coordinate IT initiatives such as tooling rollouts, IdP migrations, and access management projects, working with Infrastructure and IT to keep them scoped and on track.
• Run the compliance and certification cycles (SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 9001): coordinate with auditors, internal teams, and Legal to keep evidence collection and deadlines under control.
• Manage the pentest program end to end: scope, vendors, finding tracking, and remediation follow-up in collaboration with Security Engineers and Engineering.
• Drive the security awareness program together with People Ops: training campaigns, phishing simulations, and completion tracking.
• Coordinate risk and vendor reviews, keeping the risk register up to date and supporting enterprise sales with security questionnaires and due diligence requests.
• Report on program health to leadership with clear, consistent visibility into what is on track, what is at risk, and what needs decisions.
• You will work alongside Security Engineers, IT, Infrastructure, Legal, and external vendors. Your job is to make the team more effective by owning the coordination layer, not to be a one-person department.
