About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and scale a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers.
- Partner closely with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive technical excellence and customer outcomes throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
- Shape and execute the Solutions Engineering strategy to support revenue growth and product adoption.
- Develop scalable processes, methodologies, and enablement frameworks to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar roles, including 4+ years in a leadership position.
- Experience building and scaling SE functions in B2B enterprise SaaS, ideally within fintech, tax tech, or API-driven platforms.
- Strong communication skills, executive presence, and a track record of influencing technical and commercial decisions.
