• Overseeing all aspects of Global HRIS and Americas HR operations
• Engage in day-to-day HRIS / HR operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Lead the day-to-day management of Workday, including configuration, security, user access, and upgrades of modules
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday, troubleshooting complex issues
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics to provide stakeholders with data on workforce trends
• Mentoring and managing the HRIS and HR operations team
• Collaborate with HR business partners, Managers, Employees, internal CoE teams and the leadership team

Field Engineer

• Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and support.
• Diagnosing and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and software issues for battery systems both remotely and on-site.
• Manage third party contractors.
• Provide onsite technical support and training to customers on system operation and safety.
• Document service activities, maintenance records, and technical reports accurately.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Respond to emergency service requests and resolve issues under time-sensitive conditions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and service-level agreements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Field Service Engineer

• Provide specialized support in functional areas of expertise, including Workday
• Process and troubleshoot processes and end user inquiries
• Manage recurring and ad hoc operational inquiries, and deliver on various technical and functional projects
• Support all Human Resources operational and functional processes and programs through global HR system support (analysis, testing, reporting, and business process design improvement)
• Act as a subject matter expert in Workday modules including Core, Recruiting and Onboarding, HCM, Benefits, Time and Absence, Payroll, and Advance Compensation
• Implement and maintain Workday initiatives and support upgrades
• Evaluate requests for changes, analyze the impact on the entire system and infrastructure, submit recommendations for approvals, and prioritize and schedule completion of approved requests
• Conduct trend and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and reconciliations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly and effectively
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Execute HR processes such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and employee changes
• Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring that all documentation is complete and new employees are set up in systems.
