• The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), power, and industrial infrastructure projects.
• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.
• Monitor project progress against the master schedule and drive resolution of schedule, cost, and execution risks.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, and commissioning.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.

• Own Fluence’s product offerings to include identification and evaluation of ideas from a business and technical feasibility standpoint.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Platform Products.
• Support and consume market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate product changes and ensure successful implementation.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle for new features and ensure timely delivery of enhancements and updates.

• Provide day-to-day HR support to corporate functions and greater HR teams.
• Partner closely with the Director HRBP, managers, employees, and HR Centers of Excellence.
• Support employee relations, onboarding, HR programs, and reporting.

Human Resources Business Partner – HRBP

Electrical Engineer

• Modeling of Battery Energy Storage Systems; these models will be used to perform steady state, dynamic, transient and frequency domain simulations
• Perform Steady State simulations to evaluate compliance to requirements related to: Short Circuit, PQ capability, Voltage limits, overloading of equipment, other simulations in the steady state domain
• Perform Dynamic simulations (RMS) to evaluate compliance to requirements such as FRT, voltage stability, frequency stability, other simulations in the dynamic domain
• Perform Transient simulations (EMT) to evaluate compliance to requirements such as FRT, voltage stability, frequency stability, other simulations in the transient domain
• Support product team in validation of control design concept
• Be upto date with the latest requirements and technology advancements for large load applications
• Simulate and evaluate grid behaviour of the connected BESS using power systems analysis software with emphasis on full system integration, control and model validation
• Preparing and reviewing engineering deliverables including complex reports and presentations
• Conduct internal review and quality checks of engineering models and calculations to ensure compliance with the project's requirements
• Working with stakeholders (internal, customer, consultant, regulatory etc.) to ensure grid connections are achieved end-to-end in a timely manner, including attending meetings and providing progress reports

Senior Power Systems Engineer, Data Centers

Procurement

• Own and deliver end-to-end sourcing packages in support of project proposals, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
• Lead sourcing activities for EPC, BOP, and key equipment packages, including RFQ preparation, bid analysis, and supplier selection
• Influence proposal competitiveness by driving cost accuracy, supplier strategy, and procurement assumptions
• Manage RFQ processes end-to-end, including scope definition, commercial evaluation, and supplier recommendations
• Support subcontract negotiations, with progression toward independently leading commercial and contractual discussions
• Collaborate closely with Sales to support pricing development and proposal submissions
• Partner with Engineering to ensure supplier proposals align with technical and project requirements
• Contribute to pricing inputs (SOG) and procurement strategies for proposals and pipeline opportunities
• Support supplier development, qualification, and relationship management aligned with regional procurement objectives
• Maintain procurement data, dashboards, and reporting accuracy using SAP and other tools
• Ensure compliance with Fluence procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards

Procurement – Subcontract Specialist

Technician

• Perform all aspects of service operations, maintenance, and support for Battery Energy Storage Systems.
• Assist the RM with site reports, performing onsite LOTO and other written and verbal communications between the site and the Management Team, customers, vendors, etc.
• Be responsible for site safety by utilizing best practices, building on established Fluence safety culture, and utilizing Fluence safety management systems.
• Utilize stop-work authority when warranted.
• Alert project team members immediately of issues and concerns.
• Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members on complex technical issues.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on various BESS equipment and related assets (including but not limited to SCADA communications, Inverters, MV (Medium Voltage) & HV operations, HVAC, substations switching & inspections, etc.).
• Assist the RM by creating, reviewing and executing work orders and accurate inventory management, data collection, and summary reports.
• Aid in inspection, testing, and repair of utility-scale power and controls equipment, execute various technical tasks, processes, and procedures, such as: interpret single-line drawings and schematics, troubleshoot BESS installations and configurations, perform electrical testing, troubleshoot control wiring and I/O racks, configure TCP/IP and Modbus protocols, etc.
• Support the RM in managing multiple 3rd party service vendors in the safe execution of O&M services across contracted BESS projects.
• Assist the RM with creating/reviewing/approving/executing Work Orders, accurate inventory management, data collection and summary reports.
• Hold responsibility for meeting timelines and schedules, scopes of work, quality assurances and inspections, successful troubleshooting and repairs, and work orders completion.

Field Resource Technician III

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead end-to-end technical strategy and solution development for data center energy infrastructure opportunities.

• Own Fluence’s global pricing frameworks, including guardrails, escalation processes, and deal support mechanisms
