About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Project Manager, Growth Enablement supports the effectiveness and alignment of Fluence’s global “Growth” organization (sales and marketing)
  • Driving structured execution across key initiatives, events, and team-wide communications and meetings
  • Acts as a central operator—bringing organization, follow-through, and accountability to cross-functional efforts driven by the Growth organization
  • Work closely with senior leaders and broader team members to ensure priorities are clearly tracked, progress is visible, and commitments are delivered
  • Help Fluence achieve its ambitious sales and marketing goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–7 years of experience in project management, program management, consulting, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to track progress, manage stakeholders, and drive follow-through on initiatives
  • Proactive, “go-getter” mindset with willingness to engage broadly across the organization
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including comfort working with senior leaders
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to create clear, structured, and executive-ready materials
  • Experience in energy or hardware manufacturing industries is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with process improvement approaches such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
