Support Engineer

• Respond to customer requests, whether they are reported issues, questions or assistance requests, helping them to be able to utilize the product properly as per their needs
• Understand the reported issue (especially from a technical perspective) and be able to replicate the respective scenario in the Finastra environments
• Perform technical investigation with root cause analysis of the issue reported, providing adequate solutions where feasible and/or detailed analysis to the stakeholder teams
• Update clients on the progress towards issue resolution, including tracking issues sent to other departments and ensuring a timely resolution, focusing on the client’s satisfaction and product quality
• Participate in client (phone) meetings, WebEx sessions, in order to ensure proper communication with the customers and/or to speed up the investigation of the issue reported
• Provide on-site or remote support during client conversions as applicable.
• Validate defects thoroughly by ensuring that the described scenarios are fixed
• Test and troubleshoot system configuration and functionality.
• Maintain, enhance, and broaden knowledge and skills of software applications and industry practices.
• Build and provide simple scripts with the assistance of senior colleagues when necessary
• Write technical specifications and best practices documentation
• Raise/ escalate issues with the Team Leader and/ or Manager where/ when needed

Senior Technical Support Engineer

Strategy

• Support the development and execution of Finastra’s corporate‑level strategy in close collaboration with the CEO and Strategy leadership
• Provide rigorous analytical and research support across strategic initiatives, including industry and market trends, competitive analysis, and financial modelling
• Develop business cases and scenario analyses to support strategic decision‑making
• Work directly with business units and functional teams to define scope, structure workstreams, and drive delivery of cross‑functional initiatives
• Provide programme support across multiple concurrent initiatives, including timeline management, identification of risks and dependencies, and progress tracking
• Communicate clear, concise updates and insights to senior stakeholders, including ELT members
• Support corporate development activity, including strategic fit assessments and early‑stage due diligence
• Contribute to ESG initiatives as part of the broader corporate strategy, working alongside subject‑matter experts as required
• Build a strong understanding of Finastra’s products, customers, and strategic priorities
• Provide bespoke analytical and delivery support for CEO‑level initiatives, Board materials, and external stakeholder discussions

Corporate Strategy Director

Sales

• Reporting to the VP of Sales - Large Enterprise, the Services Sales Director will manage a substantial, high visibility book of business within our Payments segment.
• Maintain appropriate sales development activity to ensure healthy pipeline management.
• Proactively build relationships with all accounts, expanding the sphere of influence within account base.
• Work closely with Clients and Partners to identify new Services Sales opportunities.
• Define new Services Sales plays and liaise with Sales Enablement to create the Go-to-Market collateral for the services sales plays.
• Liaise closely with the Software Sales/ Account Managers and enable them to apply the sales plays.
• Manage complex enterprise sales process, working with key stakeholders in product, business line, technology and procurement.
• Use a consultative sales approach to develop account plans and identify specific needs for each bank.
• Transform the current sales process to a more agile approach (statement of work, presentation, pricing, etc.).
• Become a trusted advisor and operate as the primary payments point of contact for Finastra within assigned book of business.
• Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally.
• Active use of CRM for account activity and reporting.
