• Du baust starke Demos und zeigst FactFinders AI-powered Search, Personalisierung, Recommendations und Merchandising in der Praxis
• Du kommunizierst transparent, intern wie extern, über den gesamten Sales Cycle
• Du verwandelst Inbound- und Outbound-Leads in zufriedene FactFinder-Kunden
• Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering und Partnerships zusammen
• Du unterstützt regionale Partner-Aktivitäten (Systemintegratoren und eCommerce-Plattform-Partner)
• Du unterstützt regionale Marketing-Aktivitäten (Events, Konferenzen, Webinare)
• Du erreichst deine Quartals- und Jahresziele zuverlässig

Performance Marketing

• You own Demand Gen end-to-end across five channels: Outbound, Inbound, Organic, Webinars, and Events
• You plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that reach Mid-Market eCommerce decision-makers
• You build a healthy pipeline and hit quarterly targets for MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline generated
• You collaborate with AEs on handoffs, conversion rates, and closed-won quality
• You implement AI agents and automation to take on routine work and scale output
• You select tools and integrate them (CRM, Automation, AI Agents, Analytics)
• You report performance: pipeline health, cost per opportunity, conversion rates, channel ROI
• You provide feedback to messaging and positioning from the market
• You build processes and playbooks that scale with growth

Director Demand Generation

Business Development Rep

• You build pipeline through high-volume outbound (email, LinkedIn, phone)
• You cold-call prospects and develop relationships with eCommerce decision-makers
• You research target accounts in verticals such as fashion, retail, B2B wholesale, sports and DIY
• You keep data and notes clean in Salesforce CRM
• You work closely with Sales, Marketing and Partnerships to improve messaging and lead generation

• Validate leads, prepare outreach templates, and collaborate with experienced marketing professionals
