About the role
- You take responsibility for the performance strategy of selected key accounts
- Optimizing search and product-discovery setups
- Identifying concrete revenue levers (conversion, AOV, revenue)
- Developing data-driven recommendations for action
- Driving the strategic development of our clients in the eCommerce context
- Collaborating closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales and actively contributing your insights to the further development of our product.
Requirements
- Some initial experience in the eCommerce environment or similar industries
- Strong KPI and business understanding (conversion, AOV, ROI, revenue)
- Analytical thinking and a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Solid technical and IT understanding
- Experience with A/B testing, campaigns, or personalization is a plus
- Confident communication with diverse stakeholders
- Ownership mindset and a willingness to take responsibility
- Languages: German (C1/C2), English (fluent)
- Willingness to travel within Germany/Austria/Switzerland (D/A/CH)
