About the role

  • You take responsibility for the performance strategy of selected key accounts
  • Optimizing search and product-discovery setups
  • Identifying concrete revenue levers (conversion, AOV, revenue)
  • Developing data-driven recommendations for action
  • Driving the strategic development of our clients in the eCommerce context
  • Collaborating closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales and actively contributing your insights to the further development of our product.

Requirements

  • Some initial experience in the eCommerce environment or similar industries
  • Strong KPI and business understanding (conversion, AOV, ROI, revenue)
  • Analytical thinking and a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Solid technical and IT understanding
  • Experience with A/B testing, campaigns, or personalization is a plus
  • Confident communication with diverse stakeholders
  • Ownership mindset and a willingness to take responsibility
  • Languages: German (C1/C2), English (fluent)
  • Willingness to travel within Germany/Austria/Switzerland (D/A/CH)
