About the role

  • You own Demand Gen end-to-end across five channels: Outbound, Inbound, Organic, Webinars, and Events
  • You plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that reach Mid-Market eCommerce decision-makers
  • You build a healthy pipeline and hit quarterly targets for MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline generated
  • You collaborate with AEs on handoffs, conversion rates, and closed-won quality
  • You implement AI agents and automation to take on routine work and scale output
  • You select tools and integrate them (CRM, Automation, AI Agents, Analytics)
  • You report performance: pipeline health, cost per opportunity, conversion rates, channel ROI
  • You provide feedback to messaging and positioning from the market
  • You build processes and playbooks that scale with growth

Requirements

  • Strong B2B SaaS Demand Gen experience with demonstrable pipeline impact in the Mid-Market
  • Proven multi-channel track record: Outbound, Inbound, Events, Webinars, Organic
  • Experience using AI and automation in real Demand Gen workflows, including measurable outcomes
  • Technical understanding: Able to evaluate tools, design integrations, and connect systems
  • Builder mentality: Start small, ship fast, iterate cleanly
  • Data-driven: Optimize based on metrics and clearly explain ROI
  • MarTech proficiency: Salesforce, marketing automation, and modern Demand Gen tools
