Sales Engineer – Flotation & Magnetics

Engineer

• - Be a safety champion. Drive physical and mental safety for yourself and those you work with, including colleagues, contractors, and clients.
• - Act as process technical leader for simple to intermediate complex projects with minimal supervision.
• - Mentor junior engineers and share expertise across teams.
• - Serve as a technical liaison with a broad range of national and international customers and agents.
• - Assist in solving customer technical problems and recommending innovative solutions.
• - Domestic and international travel (typically 25%, up to 50% during major pilot campaigns).

• Lead and guide a team of 5–6 Process Engineers/Metallurgists/Process Technicians to ensure quality, productivity and timely completion of tasks

Aftermarket Service Engineer – Flotation

• Assist in managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Support cash flow management, investment analysis, and risk assessment.
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, including vendor payments, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Maintain the General Ledger with journal entries, monthly closing, and trial balance review.
• Prepare documentation and support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Handle treasury and banking operations: daily cash and fund flow management, payment processing, and banking relationships.
• Monitor working capital cycles and assist in optimizing liquidity and fund utilization.

• Design check, develop designs, drawings, and standardizations of Eriez Flotation products
• Responsible for design checking of mechanical & instrument drawings and P&IDs of all EFD product lines
• 3D modeling of EFD product lines and preparing drawings
• Supervise designers and checkers as needed and mentor junior designers
• Provide startup drawing information on new projects
• Plan, coordinate and issue work to designers as needed
