About the role
- Drive sales and expand market share for Eriez products and solutions across mining, heavy and light industries
- Identify, develop and convert opportunities into deals via direct sales, OEMs, EPCs, agents, resellers and distributors
- Build and nurture customer relationships with end-users, OEMs, EPCs and channel partners
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to grow regional presence
- Identify, appoint and manage agents, resellers and distributors to maximise regional success
- Achieve sales targets, drive revenue and meet key performance goals
- Retain and grow existing accounts while continuously identifying new opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years as a sales leader with experience in customer markets and driving growth
- Strong industry knowledge in mining, heavy & light industries, or related sectors
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to growing market share and know how to identify opportunities and turn them into wins
- Successfully manage customer accounts at a senior level whilst still being prepared to deal with the plant operator
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams
- Track record of sales planning, new product launches, market analysis and budget management
- Experience with CRM systems
