About the role
- Lead all aspects of financial center performance and drive sales growth and service excellence
- Focus on talent development, individual and team sales performance with consumer and small business clients
- Utilize Fulton’s sales process and CRM to achieve and exceed sales growth
- Establish employee performance expectations and development plans
- Cultivate meaningful customer relationships and handle complex customer inquiries
- Consistently coach and mentor employees using Fulton coaching models
- Build and maintain community network and engage with small businesses and organizations
- Oversee implementation of internal processes ensuring compliance with risk management and regulations
- Handle escalated customer issues and manage operational efficiency
- Plan, assign, and evaluate work of financial center team including hiring and performance appraisals
- Contribute to broader business and corporate initiatives and champion cultural activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience
- Specialty: Business or other applicable
- 5 or more years Banking, Financial Services, or sales
- 3 or more years leading sales, Operations, or Risk Management
- Ability to motivate a sales team, set expectations and drive accountability
- Small Business Banking acumen
- Collaboration skills
- Passion and enthusiasm to meet and exceed goals
