About the role
- Lead growth initiatives for Eriez Flotation across Australia and South East Asia
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for flotation equipment and aftermarket solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mining companies, EPCMs, and service providers across the region
- Drive market development strategies in Australia and South East Asia, including customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and opportunity pipelines
- Collaborate with internal engineering, service, and product management teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Develop proposals, lead negotiations, and close contracts to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Represent Eriez at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to support product development and regional strategy
Requirements
- Degree in Mining, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or relevant field)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management within mineral processing, ideally with flotation technology
- Strong technical understanding of flotation circuits, equipment, and processing challenges
- Proven track record of sales growth and market expansion
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel extensively across Australia and South East Asia
