About the role
- Act as the voice of the company, dealing with various customer enquiries with professionalism and care
- Provide excellent customer service, delivering solutions that meet individual customer needs
- Identify vulnerable customers and adapt approach, providing additional support when required
- Handle escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity, logging accurately
- Deal with a wide range of queries across telephony, email, web chat and other channels
- Opportunity to learn new skills and progress internally in a supportive environment
- Hybrid role based at the Clonakilty office with potential to work from home depending on business needs
Requirements
- Previous experience within a similar role, ideally with experience of working with Social media platforms
- Excellent written English skills
- Proficient in using various computer applications and software simultaneously
- An attentive listener who can empathise and adjust to different customer needs
- A self-motivated individual who takes responsibility for customer issues and follows them through to resolution
- A positive and enthusiastic person who shares our vision of delivering excellent customer service every time
- Full flexibility to work rotational shift pattern (including weekends and bank holidays)
