About the role

  • Act as the voice of the company, dealing with various customer enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Provide excellent customer service, delivering solutions that meet individual customer needs
  • Identify vulnerable customers and adapt approach, providing additional support when required
  • Handle escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity, logging accurately
  • Deal with a wide range of queries across telephony, email, web chat and other channels
  • Opportunity to learn new skills and progress internally in a supportive environment
  • Hybrid role based at the Clonakilty office with potential to work from home depending on business needs

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a similar role, ideally with experience of working with Social media platforms
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Proficient in using various computer applications and software simultaneously
  • An attentive listener who can empathise and adjust to different customer needs
  • A self-motivated individual who takes responsibility for customer issues and follows them through to resolution
  • A positive and enthusiastic person who shares our vision of delivering excellent customer service every time
  • Full flexibility to work rotational shift pattern (including weekends and bank holidays)
