Business Development Rep

• Own pipeline within strategic accounts: build and execute account plans across a focused set of high-value companies, identify where ElevenLabs can drive meaningful impact based on org structure, product signals, and business priorities, and create and progress opportunities from first touch through qualification and beyond to later stages of the cycle
• Drive multi-threaded engagement: map and engage stakeholders across product, engineering, and commercial teams, build relationships beyond a single entry point, and develop multiple use cases within the same account
• Run high-signal outbound: execute highly personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person, use AI tools and workflows to identify signals and prioritize timing, and focus on precision and relevance over volume
• Operate in-market: represent ElevenLabs at conferences, events, and field activities, identify and engage the right people in live environments, and start conversations without relying on scripts
• Partner on deal development: work closely with Account Executives on account strategy and opportunity progression, contribute to shaping deals before and after qualification, and stay involved in strategic opportunities to support expansion and momentum
• Continuously improve the motion: refine targeting, messaging, and workflows based on performance, improve conversion across meetings, opportunities, and revenue, and contribute to how this role scales across the company

Strategic Business Development

Accountant

• Be the go-to resource for US GAAP guidance across the organization – researching complex standards, drafting technical memos, and helping the business navigate new transactions, structures, and reporting requirements with clarity and confidence.
• Cover everything from equity and stock-based compensation to revenue recognition, leases, and emerging product structures – working directly with the Financial Controller, Legal, FP&A, and external auditors.
• Build the technical foundation that will carry ElevenLabs through its next stage.

Technical Accountant

• Own end-to-end revenue recognition under ASC 606
• Lead the revenue close
• Serve as the internal expert on how new products, pricing structures, and commercial arrangements hit the income statement
• Partner closely with Sales, Legal, Billing Operations, Engineering, and FP&A to review contracts, assess performance obligations, and ensure revenue is recognised accurately and on time
• Manage the technical standards, coordinate external audit, and build scalable processes as we move toward IPO readiness

Revenue Accountant

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across our product lines – revenue, margins, and unit economics
• Partner with Product leadership on investment decisions, pricing, and new product launches, translating roadmap choices into financial outcomes
• Define and track the metrics that matter: usage growth, contribution margin, cost per unit, and payback periods
• Support operations teams with headcount planning, budget management, and spend analysis
• Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles with a bias for clarity and speed, and present findings directly to senior leadership

Financial Planning & Analysis

Accounts Receivable

• Own the accounts receivable lifecycle – from invoice generation and cash application through aging management, credit loss analysis, and process improvement.
• Work closely with Revenue Accounting, Billing Operations, Collections, and Finance to ensure receivables are accurate, current, and audit-ready.
• This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building systems and can operate with minimal oversight in a fast-moving environment.

Accounts Receivable Lead

Controller

• Drive month-end close activities across multiple entities, including reconciliations, tie-outs, and preparation of supporting schedules.
• Implement and operate key financial controls, enforce segregation-of-duties workflows, and maintain consistent documentation for audit and compliance.
• Lead audit deliverables under AICPA/PCAOB by preparing PBCs, coordinating evidence, and standardizing control and process documentation.
• Collaborate on automation initiatives with Engineering and future Finance Engineering resources to streamline close tasks, control testing, and data accuracy.

• Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for ElevenLabs customer using different techniques
• Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality
• Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on ElevenLabs tools and best practices

Audio Engineer

Infrastructure Engineer

• Owning the infrastructure underpinning our Data and Automations teams - setting up internal services, building and maintaining ETLs, and connecting systems with one another.
• Taking end-to-end ownership of platform reliability and security, with a particular focus on improving security across our internal systems.
• Collaborating closely with the Infrastructure team to bridge platform needs with infra capabilities.
• Partnering with Growth, Finance and other internal teams to ensure they have the data and tooling they need.

• Building technical documentation to demonstrate our compliance to our customers throughout the stack.

• Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market
